GINO GAUDIO – IACCW PRESIDENT

Gino joined Stevenson Real Estate Services as a Broker Associate after an 18-year career in real estate services with the City of Burbank as the City’s Real Estate Manager. He specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial and industrial property, medical office, office and post-production facilities in the Tri-cities and market area.

As Project and Real Estate Manager for the City of Burbank, Gino directed and managed acquisitions, sales, leasing and property management for City and Redevelopment Agency properties. He had primary responsibility for escrows, appraisals, tenant relocation, goodwill and fixture and equipment valuation and title issues. Gino was also responsible for street vacations and dedications, acquisition of partial real property interests and other right of way activities.

Gino holds a BA in Political Science from Whittier College and a Master of Public Administration from California State University, Northridge.

Duccio Mortillaro – IACCW Vice President

Duccio Mortillaro has had extensive experience in several law firms and has built a cross-border transactional practice. He focuses on corporate transactions with an emphasis on representing foreign investors (mainly Italian and from other European countries) in the United States and US interests in Europe and Latin America in all aspects of corporate law, from entity formation to shareholders’ agreements to mergers and acquisitions. He represents clients in a variety of industries, focused on manufacturing and consumer goods. Additionally, Duccio manages US legal issues associated with operations of several European companies doing business in the United States, acting, in effect, as their general counsel in the United States. Duccio is a frequent speaker to a wide range of organizations and has written extensively on subject matters related to corporate and international law. An established international attorney who has served in numerous board capacities over the years including as past IACCW President, Duccio is coming back after a short break.

Landi Renzo SpA is a world-leading company in the production of alternative automotive fuel systems, with a special focus on Natural Gas and LPG. The company was established in 1954 when Renzo Landi and his wife Giovannina Domenichini founded Officine Meccaniche Landi Renzo in Reggio Emilia, the only manufacturer of mixers specifically designed for all kinds of vehicles. Over the years sales grew rapidly and Landi Renzo established itself as an international group. From in 2007 the company has been listed in the Milan Stock Exchange. Andrea Landi joined Landi Renzo in 2008, working in some of the group’s subsidiaries, namely in Brazil, Iran, Pakistan and China. Marcella Leonetti-Tyler – Director of the Board

Marcella Leonetti-Tyler, a veteran newspaper reporter, magazine editor and award-winning public relations practitioner, is the Executive Director of Program Advancement at California State University, Northridge.

She has an extensive history of service not only to the university, but also to the Italian American community at local, national and international levels. Marcella is the Far West (South) Regional Vice President of the National Italian American Foundation (NIAF) in Washington, D.C.

She served as co-chair of Los Angeles County’s Christopher Columbus Quincentennial Celebration as well as being a member of the national Christopher Columbus Celebration committee established by the President of the United States. She chairs NIAF’s Italian American Media Group here in Los Angeles, and for many years was a board member of the Historic Italian Hall Foundation. Marcella was awarded the Order to the Merit of the Republic (Cavaliere) in 2006.
On the California State University, Northridge campus, she chaired the university’s 25th, 30th and 40th anniversary committees as well as the inauguration of two presidents. She directed the university’s faculty club for three terms and was recently given the “CSUN For Life Award“ that recognizes non-alumni of CSUN whose service is a consistent reflection of the university’s mission and its highest values.

Marcella is a longtime member and officer of the Public Relations Society of America and participates in Town Hall and World Affairs Council in Los Angeles.

Bob Foster – Director of the Board

Bob Foster has been an associate professor at UCLA’s Anderson School of Management since 1984. He leads the Global Access Program featuring 118 Italian companies discovering the US market over the past several years has taught high technology strategy, business plan development, and management consulting. Mr. Foster has been a representative at the

highest level of companies such as Goldsworthy Engineering, Ellison Robotics, Xerox Computer Systems, Thomas Bros. Maps and Thinque Systems. Over the years, IACCW and the Turin CC have collaborated in introducing 118 Italian Companies seeking to scout the US market with a wide range of internationalization services. Part of the success in that equation has been UCLA’s renown GAP program delivering market research and business plans by UCLA’s MBA students, in turn broadening the range of career opportunities for them. IACCW plans to facilitate greater visibility of the GAP Program to other regions in Italy, while continue to support these Italian companies by coordinating B2B meetings with key partners, developing a presence in the West Coast and spinning bilateral delegations for future projects. Bob has been at the helm of the GAP program and kindly provided a slide presentation planned for the end of our meeting today.
